A retreat built around "coming home to yourself."

A lot of us women can relate to losing ourselves over the years. I remember after my divorce I didn't even know who I was, what brought me joy, and where I was going. I was so lost. Over the past 5 years I have done A LOT of work on myself, getting quiet with my inner child, and have done a lot of soul searching. 

When I see women really struggling with this I want to help. I want to open a space for them to look inward and hold them in whatever emotion they are in. And that is why I am offering this retreat. I cannot wait to meet you all. 

Itinerary:

July 10th: 

-4pm arrive at location in Park City, UT (you must coordinate your own ride there, but carpooling may be an option if you live in Utah). Park City is a 30 minute UBER ride from the airport. Please fly into SALT LAKE CITY.

-Welcome dinner (included in price) and introductions.

-Setting intentions for the retreat

July 11th:

-8:00 am breakfast

-9am morning meditation + journaling 

-10:30am Breath-work class- this will teach you how to connect to your breathe and how to drop deeply into your body so that you can tap into your knowing/intuition. 

-1pm Lunch

-Hike to Lake Catherine (my favorite hike in Utah- it looks like a scene from the Sound of Music)! 

-6pm Dinner in Park City

July 12th:

-8:30am breakfast

-9am morning meditation & journaling

-11am-1pm FREE TIME

-1pm Lunch 

-2-3pm Workshop on self abandonment + what self love actually requires of us.

-3-6pm Goddess photo shoot around sunset time of all the women... taken by Angie Monson. Bring something you feel most beautiful in.

-6pm Dinner in park city or we can order in! 

-Dance party at the villa (the purpose of this is to drop into your feminine and self expression).

July 13th:

Departure

BREAKFAST + LUNCH is covered every day. Dinner will not be covered, except for the welcome dinner.

***No refunds on deposits, but if you cannot make it I will do my best to fill your spot so that you can get your money back or you can choose to transfer your deposit to another trip!

EXCLUSIONS: Transport to and from the retreat, airfare, dinner each night.
